A special Eclipse Record for the Silver Jubilee of King George V and Queen Mary in 1935 - published by F.W. Woolworth and sold for sixpence

 

More than a million copies of this special record were sold to mark the Silver Jubilee of H.M. King George V and Queen Mary.
Woolworth's Board was honoured when Buckingham Palace granted permission for the Band of H.M. Irish Guards
to record on Eclipse, the store's popular sixpenny label.
